Full Rack of Meaty BBQ Ribs Recommended Products Roast in a preheated ovenHere we have a full rack of meaty spareribs marinated in a BBQ sauce. These are perfect to slow roast and finish of in the oven or on the BBQ and if cooked long enough should fall off the bone. Serves 8 10. Place in an oven proof dish, add a little water, cover with foil and roast at 140c for 3 4hrs. Remove foil and glaze the ribs with sticky BBQ sauce. Approximate weight 3kg.
